This method aims to improve the flow of energy in the body by increasing blood and lymph circulation under the skin. It can also help cleanse the body of toxins and wastes under the skin.
How is Cupping Therapy Applied?
The following basic steps are followed when applying cupping therapy:

- Vacuum Creation: A vacuum is applied to the cups with the help of heat or a pump, which causes the skin surface to be pulled by the cup.
- Treatment Duration: During cupping therapy, the vacuum cups are exposed for a certain period of time. This time may vary according to the purpose of the application and the needs of the person.
- Cup Removal: When the cupping therapy is completed, the cups are carefully removed from the skin.
